Free pick up at our Merci852 store in 63 wellington street - Central - Hong Kong.
Free delivery for orders above 500 HK$.
Delivery for orders below 500 HK$ available.
Pick up at EF lockers, SF Express stores, 7-Eleven, K Circle,... available.
Usual delivery time 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - FREE ABOVE 3 000 HK$ ORDER

Free delivery for orders above 3 000 HK$.
For orders below 3 000 HK$, delivery cost based on the country of shipment.
Usual delivery time is 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. If unfortunately the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is requested.

Please note that custom fees and import taxes may occur, and you will be responsible for the corresponding fees to receive the order.

MEASURE TO TAKE DURING DELIVERY

During the delivery of your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport. This must be done in the presence of the deliveryman. If the packaging of your package and/or the item(s) is/are damaged, you must enter the details of the damage on the Shipper’s Delivery Slip. You can also refuse the delivery. The Shipper’s Delivery Slip will be an important document in case of compensation requests (refunds, exchanges) to Merci852 or the shipping company.
